OUR FAVORITE RECIPE OF THE MONTH This month's recipe is Nacho Chicken Casserole Nacho Chicken Casserole (print recipe) A great recipe for orthodontic patients to enjoy tortilla chips guilt free · 1 ½ cups cooked chicken finely shredded · 2 cups crushed nacho-cheese tortilla chips · 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup · ½ cup sour cream · 2 tablespoons milk · 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies · ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese · ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Combine the cheeses. Stir half of the cheese into the chicken mixture. Transfer to a 1qt. Baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. |

This Halloween, trick-or-treaters can bring their excess candy to Dr. Elchahal's offices in Johns Creek or Hamilton Mill and receive cash back per pound. Dr. Elchahal is leading this anti-decay movement by giving away dollars in exchange for cavity-provoking candy. Candy will be collected at Dr. Elchahal's office the week after Halloween on November 2nd at the Johns Creek office and on November 3rd at the Hamilton Mill office between the hours of 8am-5pm. The candy must be unopened. Please no bites. It will then be shipped to a local charity. We've broken ground on our new Hamilton Mill Office, which will be located at 2055 Hamilton Creek Parkway - behind the Starbucks on Braselton Highway! This office will be the first Leed - (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) -Certified Orthodontic Office in Georgia! We are expecting to be in the new office first quarter of 2010. May 2009 We're excited to introduce our newest team member Anna from Mongomery, Alabama. She has 3 years of orthodontic experience and we are happy to have her join us! Be sure to say hello to Anna the next time you visit our office! November 7th, 2008 Dr. Elchahal and staff would like to thank everyone who participated in our Halloween Candy Buyback program. We were able to collect over eighty pounds of candy, which was donated to Gwinnett Food Shelter, which feeds over two hundred families per month. October 31st, 2008 Halloween Candy Buyback Program – Too much Halloween Candy? From November 3rd through November 7th, Dr. Elchahal will buy back your child’s Halloween Candy at 50 cents per pound. The candy we collect will be donated to local charities. October 30th, 2008 We would like to thank everyone who attended our 1st Annual Patient and Doctor Appreciation Party. Because of your donations, we were able to raise $222.00 for Camp Sunshine, which provides recreational, educational and support for children with cancer and their families. September 25th, 2008 Join us for our 1st Annual Patient and Doctor Appreciation Party to be held Friday, September 25th from 4 pm to 6 pm at our Johns Creek location. We will have a Trackless Train, Moonwalk, Caterpillar Obstacle Course, Balloon Art, Snow Cones, Cotton Candy, Spin Art and Hula Hoop Contest. We will also be raffling off some awesome prizes to help raise money for Camp Sunshine. |
